Star Inivale is a contemporary NZ Pacific Island artist. His awesome parents embarked on the unknown journey from the beautiful Pacific Islands of Samoa to the vast green pastures of New Zealand many, many, many blue moons ago...so a Star was born and raised in Auckland (home of Auckland NPC & the Blues). Currently residing in the wild wild wild West of Auckland with his tangata whenua wife and five awesome children.

Star had a dream of becoming a retired artist at the age of 35...however at 36, he has now just started to follow his dream and use his God given talents. His technique is evolving into a unique modern/contemporary Maori/Pasifika-style. He is a born again Christian and very proud of his Samoan heritage, his paintings are inspired by the amazing beauty of God's creation, his Samoan culture and his wifes Maori culture. He is wanting to visually promote a culture where the eye is entertained to capture at first glance the gorgeously vivid and flamboyant Maori/Pasifika tikanga and culture. A culture where people talk about "wow" rather than "woe". Collected nationally and emerging internationally.
